Our mission is to empower organizations, schools, families, couples and individuals to achieve the vision of what they can fully be.
This is a pilot project wherein we will take our self-care seriously, while not taking ourselves too seriously. The program will run from Saturday, Sept 22nd then 5 Tuesday evening sessions through December 11th. Themes: deep listening, embracing vulnerability, courageous conversations, beloved sanctuary, centering relationship & community care in social & political justice, heartfelt gratitude, the challenges of trauma, secondary trauma & reweaving our human fabric. A variety of NVC and mindful embodied experiences will be offered, and participants are welcomed to contribute to the offering and learning.

We will explore how to have care flow both ways between parents and their teens. Each week we will focus on different aspects of connecting with ourselves and our children.
